Ingredients and Quantity:
– 2 cups chickpea flour (besan)
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1/2 cup lukewarm water
– Filling ingredients:
– 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, salt, baking soda, chili powder, garam masala powder, black pepper, and cumin seeds.
