– 1 cup plain yogurt
– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons ghee or vegetable oil
– 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:
