  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (90°C).  baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice apples thinly, 
  3. In a bowl, mix together apple slices, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using).
  4. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 2-3 hours or until crispy and golden brown.
