🍲 A Flavorful and Aromatic Delight: Recipe for 1kg Kofta Salan

🧂 Ingredients:
For Koftas (Meatballs):

Roasted chickpea flour (bhuna besan) – 2 tbsp

Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
For Gravy (Salan):

Onions – 2 (thinly sliced)

Tomatoes – 3 (blended)

Yogurt – ½ cup

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric – ½ tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Whole spices (cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cloves) – optional

Prepare Koftas: Mix all kofta ingredients, form into smooth balls. Let rest 10–15 minutes.
