– 500g Lady Finger (Okra)

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

– 1/2 cup lukewarm water

– Vegetable oil for frying

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Wash and dry Lady Finger pods.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, chili powder, garam masala powder, black pepper, and cumin seeds.
  3. Gradually add lukewarm water to form a smooth batter.
  4. Dip each Lady Finger pod into the batter, coating evenly.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry coated Lady Finger pods until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or raita.
