Recipe of 1 kg seekh kabab
Ingredients and Quantity:
– 1 KG minced lamb or beef
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger paste
– 1 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
– Salt, to taste
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons mustard oil or vegetable oil
– Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine minced meat, onion, garlic, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat grill or skewers over medium heat.
