Recipe of 1 kg seekh kabab

Ingredients and Quantity:

 

– 1 KG minced lamb or beef

– 1 large onion, finely chopped

– 2 cloves of garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon ginger paste

– 1 teaspoon cumin powder

– 1 teaspoon coriander powder

– 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

– Salt, to taste

– 2 tablespoons lemon juice

– 2 tablespoons mustard oil or vegetable oil

– Chopped cilantro, for garnish

 

Instructions:

 

  1. In a bowl, combine minced meat, onion, garlic, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Preheat grill or skewers over medium heat.
  5. Thread meat mixture onto skewers and grill for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
