Recipe of Granola Cups

Ingredients and Quantity:

 

– 2 cups rolled oats

– 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)

– 1 cup dried  (cranberries or raisins)

– 1/2 cup honey

– 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)

– 1/4 cup chia seeds

– 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

– Pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and dried fruits.
  3. In a  bowl, mix honey, nut butter, and chia seeds.
  4. the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a muffin tin lined with paper cups.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or lightly golden.
  7. Cool and top with shredded coconut
