🛒 Ingredients:

  • 500g sabut masoor (whole brown lentils)

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 green chilies, sliced

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  5. Add Water & Simmer: Pour water, cover, and simmer on low heat for 30–40 minutes or until lentils are tender.
