🛒 Ingredients:

  • 500g mutton (on the bone, washed)

  • 500g loki (bottle gourd), peeled and cubed

  • 2 medium onions, finely sliced

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 green chilies, sliced

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • 1½ tsp coriander powder

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ cup oil

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

  6. Add loki pieces and cook covered for another 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
